We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive freelance role to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, client outreach, and business strategy development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.

·Job Type: Freelance role
·Hours: Flexible, between 25 to 48 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
·Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
·Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
·Prepare business proposals, contracts, and reports for potential clients.
·Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
·Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
·Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development progress and challenges.
Requirements:
·Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
·Internship experience or work experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
·Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
·Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms is a plus.
·Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
·Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
