We’re a fast-growing online food ordering platform designed specifically to support independent takeaway businesses. Our mission is to empower local food outlets with the technology and tools they need to thrive in a competitive digital market—without the high commissions charged by major aggregators.
We’re now looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint across Humberside, Yorkshire and the surrounding areas by onboarding new takeaway partners and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
Role Overview:
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your core responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding takeaway businesses, managing client relationships, and supporting our partners in getting the most out of our platform. You'll also provide market feedback to help shape our evolving product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with independent takeaways and restaurants to introduce our platform
Build strong relationships with local food business owners to understand their pain points
Guide new partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup
Manage a growing portfolio of existing takeaway clients, supporting their ongoing success
Provide basic marketing guidance to help clients maximize order volume
Use our CRM system to track pipeline activity and manage your calendar effectively
Collaborate with our product and technical teams to share feedback and enhance our services
Stay informed on local food trends and competitor platforms
Work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate client availability
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the food tech or hospitality space
Strong understanding of the takeaway and restaurant industry
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Solid marketing awareness and ability to advise small business owners on promoting their service
Competent with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Full UK Clean Driving Licence required
Experience working remotely and managing a regional territory
What You’ll Get:
Base Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + performance-based bonus/commission

Monday to Friday (13.00 - 21.00 with flexibility)
