Junior Business Analyst – Data, Reporting, Finance

Up to £365 per day (Inside IR35)

Hybrid – 1–2 days a week on site

3–6 months

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy requiring a Business Analyst with expertise in Data to join a critical programme for a high-profile end client.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst in large organizations.
2. Experience supporting multiple Data workstreams, including requirements gathering using user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
3. Experience working on Finance-related projects, supporting cost centre data accuracy and financial structure alignment.
4. Ability to translate complex business problems into structured requirements.
5. Understanding of business process modelling and lifecycle management.
6. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
7. Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Miro, Jira, Confluence, etc.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Highly organized individual.
10. Immediate availability.

Nice to have:

1. Degree-level education.
2. Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or CCBA).
3. Experience in Energy, Construction, Utilities, Transport, Oil, or Gas industries.
