Your Mission

The Head of Revenue Operations will drive the company's growth by acting as the nexus between Commercial, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance teams. This role will focus on revenue growth and process efficiency through best practices in sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and revenue analysis.

You will leverage data for strategic decisions, identify process improvements, and ensure team alignment to operate efficiently at scale.

This high-impact role contributes directly to our growth targets, working closely with talented fintech professionals in London.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Execution

  • Implement core sales strategies and methodologies, collaborating with Leadership to ensure consistent execution
  • Assess sales organisation effectiveness across products, markets, and territories
  • Support initiatives like pricing, sales incentives, and market expansion with analysis and strategic project management

Systems and Tools

  • Build and maintain tools, processes, and reports, including CRM, to deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize ROI and streamline workflows
  • Analyze and report on key revenue metrics, providing insights to drive growth and operational excellence

Data Integrity & Monitoring

  • Ensure sales pipeline and revenue data accuracy through forecasting and data management
  • Align forecasts with financial goals, influencing performance-based compensation
  • Regularly report KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement

Sales Process Enablement

  • Establish and enforce revenue-related processes, refining them to remove bottlenecks
  • Provide training and support to teams, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, addressing deviations swiftly

Innovation

  • Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leading transformational initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide strategic insights to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Account Management to align efforts and processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of Payment Processing, Fintech, or SaaS in B2B eCommerce
  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations or optimization roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipe Drive, Salesloft), marketing automation, customer success tools, and data analytics software
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, methodologies, training, and delivery
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with data and market trend analysis capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
