Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group's Scarfes Bar in London is seeking a Junior Bartender to support the Bartender team, uphold high standards, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

You will develop knowledge of the beverage menu, handle mise en place, and work with the team to deliver refined service while maintaining presentation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• As a Junior Bartender, you will work closely with the Bartender team to ensure smooth service operations, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Deliver exceptional and personalised service that exceeds guest expectations and creates lasting impressions.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our beverage menu and cocktail programme, confidently making recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Prepare and maintain mise en place, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organised, and ready for service.
• Support the Bartender team in delivering an engaging, refined, and intuitive service throughout each shift.
• Build genuine guest relationships, respond to feedback professionally, and resolve any concerns with confidence and care.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards across all bar areas.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to create seamless and memorable experiences for every guest.
