Job summary

Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Junior Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and create memorable guest experiences. You will mix classics and house specials, engage guests with confidence, and uphold bar hygiene and stock management while working with the restaurant and events teams.

Ideal candidates have cocktail bartending experience in a hotel or lifestyle venue, knowledge of spirits, and flexibility to work late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confident guest interaction and upselling.
• Stock control and bar hygiene experience.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and stand long shifts.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of local alcohol service laws.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to high standards, from classics to house specials, with confidence and flair.
• Welcome guests, recommend cocktails, highlight promotions, set a welcoming vibe.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, organised, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Handle transactions and payments accurately during shifts.
• Collaborate with restaurant and events teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
