Job summary

PIE Recruitment in Leicester is seeking a Junior Business Development Exec to join our commercial vehicle leasing team. The role focuses on speaking with businesses, building relationships and generating opportunities while learning sales in a supportive environment.

You will handle outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries, maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM and work towards an uncapped commission structure with a £50k OTE, in a weekday office setting with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Convert inbound enquiries and identify the right vehicle and finance solutions for customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Present proposals, handle objections and close deals while delivering excellent customer service.
