Job summary

DNEG in London is seeking a junior AV Assistant to support our AV Specialist and keep our screening and projection operations running smoothly in a fast-moving studio. You’ll be the first port of call for day-to-day AV queries and issues, and will help manage dailies and client screenings, DCPs, and operate XStudio in-house software.

This onsite role requires a calm, professional manner and strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they arise.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AV systems and equipment.
• Hands-on editing experience and knowledge of post-production workflows.
• Professional, client-facing demeanor with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for day-to-day AV issues and queries from staff.
• Carry out regular checks on AV systems and spaces to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot, resolve basic AV faults, escalate complex issues to the AV Specialist.
• Assist with setup and support of meetings and onsite events.
• Support client screenings and dailies, manage DCPs and use XStudio.
• Operate the in-house XStudio screening software and maintain equipment.
• Keep spaces tidy and well presented, support projects and installations.
