Job summary

DNEG Group is seeking a Junior AV Assistant to support our AV Specialist in maintaining studio AV spaces, systems, and client screenings. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day AV queries, ensuring equipment and spaces operate smoothly in a fast-paced studio environment.

You’ll handle dailies, client screenings, and the in-house XStudio software, contributing to a calm, professional experience for clients and internal teams alike.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of audio-visual systems and equipment.
• Some hands-on editing experience and familiarity with post-production workflows.
• Good grasp of VFX terminology and industry context.
• Professional, polished client-facing manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as go-to person for day-to-day AV issues and staff queries.
• Carry out regular checks on AV systems and spaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic AV faults; escalate complex issues.
• Assist with setup and support of meetings and onsite events.
• Support client screenings and dailies; ensure smooth experiences.
