Mileway, a leader in last-mile logistics real estate, is seeking aJunior Asset Manager for our Glasgow office. You will support lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and broader asset management activities across a growing portfolio.

You will work closely with senior professionals, analyze financials, and contribute to strategies that enhance portfolio performance while building strong relationships with occupiers and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a real estate or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to learn and develop towards RICS qualification.

Responsabilités

• Support lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and related capital expenditure.
• Assist in negotiating commercial lease terms and documenting leases.
• Monitor asset performance and identify risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct market research to support asset management strategy and value creation opportunities.
• Perform financial analyses and contribute to budgets, business plans, and asset reports.
• Support marketing for vacant properties and arrange viewings to convert opportunities to lettings.
• Assist refurbishment, redevelopment and extension projects with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with occupiers to understand needs and deliver high service levels.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, occupiers, external managers and internal stakeholders.
