Job summary

Mileway, Leeds office, is seeking an Asset Manager to own the asset management strategy across a portfolio of last-mile logistics assets. You will drive leasing activity, coordinate with finance and development teams, and build strong relationships with occupiers and advisers.

You will monitor asset performance, develop value-creation initiatives, and report to senior stakeholders on regional performance. A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven経験 in asset management, leasing, budgets and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, especially industrial/logistics.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of asset management strategy and business plans for allocated portfolio.
• Lead leasing activity: lettings, renewals, rent reviews, restructures and capex.
• Negotiate lease terms and coordinate with legal advisers for documentation.
