Mileway in Glasgow is seeking a driven Junior Asset Manager to support our fast-growing last-mile real estate portfolio. You will work with senior colleagues to help manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and capex, while building strong relationships with occupiers and consultants.

Based in our Glasgow office with a flexible approach, you will conduct market analysis, assist with budgets and business plans, and contribute to value creation opportunities as you progress toward RICS Chartered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a RICS-accredited discipline or equivalent.
• Willingness to develop asset management career and APC pathway.

Responsibilities

• Support lettings, renewals, rent reviews and related capex.
• Assist in negotiating lease terms and drafting leases.
• Monitor asset performance and flag risks.
• Conduct market research to support strategy and value creation.
• Prepare budgets, business plans and asset management reports.
• Assist with marketing vacant properties and viewings.
• Support refurbishment and redevelopment with Development and Finance teams.
• Build relationships with occupiers and stakeholders.
