To strengthen our team in our UK Office, we are looking for a full-time:

Junior Applications Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver high-quality technical support to UK systems integrators, consultants, and end users across Ireland, Nordics, Eastern, and Southern Europe markets.
• Assist in providing Applications support and QSC training content for the specified markets.
• Identify solutions to software and hardware issues, ensuring the highest customer experience.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including programming, commissioning, and network configuration.
• Track and monitor system issues until resolution within agreed timeframes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers, log issues properly.
• Follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and end users.
• Participate in market research, surveys, and liaise with other company functions.
• Attend industry training to enhance relevant skills and knowledge.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant industry experience (internships or co-op experience acceptable).
• Qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., Q-SYS, Cisco, Dante, Programming Courses) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of audio, video, or networking technologies is advantageous.
• Confident and engaging presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
