Flourish is hiring a Junior Account Manager to nurture existing client relationships and help customers get the most from the products and services they use. The role focuses on account management rather than pure new business, offering development and progression within a supportive team.

You’ll build strong relationships, conduct regular reviews, and spot growth opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
• Building strong and lasting client relationships
• Supporting customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate
• Conducting regular customer reviews and follow-ups
• Managing account information and activity within the CRM
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
