Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager in Northampton to learn and manage the full sales cycle, engaging potential customers and building relationships with decision-makers from day one. The role emphasizes attitude and potential over experience.

You will receive extensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression path while earning a base salary of £30,000–£33,000 with uncapped commissions and strong OTE, in a full-time office-based setting five days per week.

Qualifications

• No prior account management experience required.
• Ambitious with a strong desire to build a long-term career in sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing environments (retail, hospitality, etc.) is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging potential business customers.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Managing new business opportunities from initial contact through to close.
• Learning effective sales, negotiation, and account management techniques.
• Supporting customers post-sale and developing long-term relationships.
• Managing your own pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
• Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
