Junior Account Manager

Location: Orpington (hybrid)

Salary: up to 28k + bonus (OTE 31k + Excellent Company Benefits)

Sitting within our Sysco International business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to manage a selected customer portfolio and build strong relationships with export customers. The role involves understanding their business needs while developing profitable and sustainable sales. You will be responsible for customer orders from receipt to clearance in the destination country, ensuring deadlines are met and all export documentation is obtained for clearance.

What you'll be doing:

1. Processing sales orders from the customer portfolio.
2. Liaising with the supply chain regarding stock availability.
3. Coordinating with depots to ensure correct delivery preparation and actions.
4. Preparing export documentation.
5. Managing and resolving customer queries.
6. Partnering with credit control to resolve payment delays.
7. Growing the customer product range by advising on new products, identifying lapsed products or categories, and conducting gap analysis within the product range purchased.
