What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for our clients on a daily basis
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Manage client communications and foster lasting relationships
• Assist senior team members with account management tasks
• Track client requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations
• Manage upsell campaigns and be responsible for revenue recognition from recurring customers
