Job summary

Furza in Leeds is hiring a training-led, entry-level Junior Account Manager. You will learn client relationships, promotion of award-winning solutions, and consultative selling across phone, email and LinkedIn.

From day one you’ll be supported by a structured onboarding and Furza Training Academy, with clear progression pathways and a collaborative team environment in a hybrid Leeds office.

The Role

This is a training-led, entry-level Junior Account Manager role designed to give you a strong foundation in client relationships and commercial skills. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of the clients value proposition and award-winning solution.
• Use all available tools (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote the clients proposition, educating and recommending their solutions.
• Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs and challenges through consultative questioning.
• Achieve monthly sales KPI’s by making calls, sending tailored emails and booking meetings.
• Setting up and supporting calls for the business development team to drive the sales process and onboard new customers.
