We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team in the dynamic world of third-party logistics. Whether you're just starting out or looking to move into a growing sector, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career.

About the Role:

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our account management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our clients. You’ll play a key part in supporting customer relationships, handling queries, and coordinating with our operations teams.

This is an entry-level role with plenty of room to grow into more senior or specialist positions across the business – whether in operations, customer service, or sales.

• Assist in managing customer accounts and daily logistics coordination
• Handle client communications and resolve issues efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure the KPI’s are met
• Complete administrative tasks and support reporting processes
• Learn about 3PL operations and supply chain systems
• Some experience in a customer service, admin, or coordination role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
