The Role:

• Responsible for managing 2 key accounts.
• Handling booking requests via online platform or phone from fleet customers and managing enquiries.
• Supporting the preparation of vehicle and booking communication, liaising with all departments and the end customer.
• Assisting budget holders to ensure the booking process, availability, and requirements are met efficiently.
• Processing vehicle factory or stock orders to fulfill customer requests in line with set service levels.
• Maintaining up-to-date fleet inventory.
• Liaising with customer teams.
• Running daily and weekly reports and supporting the Account Manager with booking and fleet insights.
• Sending reminder texts to customers about booking plans.
• Supporting special vehicle needs, VIPs, exemptions, and renewals.
• Collaborating with the team to seek process improvements and efficiencies.
• Managing vehicle damage, recharge, and debtors list.
• Performing any other administrative tasks as required.
