Elite Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Junior Account Handler for a reputable Insurance Broker near Conwy. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

You will manage service delivery for Commercial Insurance clients, handling new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with an Account Executive, handling inquiries and coordinating diaries

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery to Commercial Insurance customers, working closely with an Account Executive. The main duties include, processing of new business, processing renewals and carrying out mid-term adjustments and responding to general queries. Providing exceptional service to your customers is paramount.

This is a busy and varied administrative role with lots of customer and supplier contact.
