Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking an Account Manager for a Commercial Insurance portfolio in Pencoed, Bridgend. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum, with full-time hours.

You will manage an established client portfolio, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions across the customer journey, ensuring renewals and queries are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the insurance industry, ideally within account handling or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
• Cert CII qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Build strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client enquiries.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best cover and terms.
• Support clients with policy queries and claims-related matters.
• Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a seamless service.
