What you’ll be doing:

You will be the main point of contact and strategic lead for a major client, responsible for their success and growth within our agency. Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning the client relationship and being their primary contact.
  • Ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded—sales, margins, and service.
  • Bringing innovative ideas to keep the account fresh and growing.
  • Managing forecasts, budgets, and reporting, using data to inform decisions.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming opportunities.
What you bring to the table:
  • Experience working with blue-chip clients.
  • Background in a creative agency or retail/brand environment.
  • Knowledge of shopper marketing and print POS/POP.
  • Ability to lead accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
