Job summary

Guided Solutions is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist or Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to take Clinical ownership across the Northwest of England. You will support complex joint replacement procedures, train theatre teams and build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and NHS stakeholders.

The role requires in-depth product knowledge, clinical expertise and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within a growing territory.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in orthopaedics with theatre experience.
• Proven track record in joint replacement support.
• Ability to train customers and present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and product support during joint replacement and complex reconstruction procedures.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key NHS stakeholders.
• Deliver product, clinical and procedural training to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
• Grow existing accounts and maximise potential of key customer relationships.
• Work with the wider commercial team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Use clinical and product expertise to support surgeons throughout the customer journey.
• Represent the company as a trusted partner.

They are now looking for an experienced person to take Clinical ownership across the Northwest of England.

This is an opportunity for an established Clinical Specialist or Orthopaedic Specialist to join a high-performing team and play a key role in growing the joint replacement business across the region.

You'll be at the heart of complex joint replacement procedures - combining your orthopaedic product expertise and clinical knowledge to support complex procedures, develop key customer relationships.

The Role

• Provide expert clinical and product support during joint replacement and complex reconstruction procedures
• Build strong, long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key stakeholders

What We're Looking for

• Current Clinical Specialist, Orthopaedic Sales Specialist or Sales Representative with strong joint replacement/product knowledge
• Proven experience supporting orthopaedic procedures in theatre
• Strong understanding of joint reconstruction and replacement
• Established relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and key NHS stakeholders
• Confident providing clinical and product training
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious and keen to make an impact within a growing territory
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
