About Your Role

As a Joiner, you will leverage your experience to undertake joinery work to a high standard. You will receive a power tool kit, vehicle, Apple iPad, and phone, as we recognize it's more than just being a joiner.

You will work independently, with strong communication and organizational skills. Your work will vary from working in empty homes, upgrading properties, to responding to repairs in customers' homes, offering variety. Additional skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling, or related trades can earn you extra pay through our reward framework.

Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be working in surrounding areas.

The working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities and many other staff benefits for those eager to learn or take on more.

About You

• You will have experience in joinery.
• A driving license is essential, as we provide a van.
• You will hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent); if not, we can support you in obtaining this qualification with the right attitude.
• You should understand health and safety in the workplace to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Experience working in a domestic housing environment is ideal but not essential.
• This role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check as part of employment screening.
• Skills in fire door conversion or working with fireproof materials are advantageous.
