About Your Role

As a Plasterer, you will utilize your full knowledge and experience in plastering. Skills in damp and associated repairs are a plus. You will work within our Voids Repairs Team.

This role is based in a specific location but involves working in surrounding areas.

The working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. You will also participate in the emergency call-out rota.

About You

• You should have a general building background with a focus on plastering.
• A driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in plastering.
• Knowledge of other maintenance trades such as plumbing, tiling, windows, and doors.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
• This role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check as part of employment checks.
