Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our busy repairs and maintenance team delivering joinery repairs and installations in domestic properties within social housing. You will work across occupied and void homes, completing a range of tasks to high standards.

You will repair/install doors, frames, skirting, flooring, kitchens, and carry out planned and reactive maintenance, while using handheld tech to keep records and coordinating with supervisors. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties.
• Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings.
• Kitchen repairs and installations.
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations.

• Kitchen repairs and installations
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology
• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams
• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes
