Venn Group has been approached by a local housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary ongoing basis in the Northeast.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working as a Joiner.

The duties will include:

1. Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
2. Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
3. Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling, and painting
4. Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
5. Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

1. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent
2. Driving Licence (van provided)
