Job summary

Global is seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties across Renfrewshire, Glasgow, and surrounding areas.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path with a pay rate up to £24.00 per hour (CIS or PAYE Umbrella), a Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm schedule, and a company van. Ongoing, long-term work available.

Qualifications

• Proven joinery experience, ideally within social housing or repairs & maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable using a mobile job management system.

Responsibilities

• General joinery repairs and maintenance
• Responsive repairs and works on void properties
• Carrying out carpentry and joinery tasks including door repairs, kitchen units, skirting, flooring, and other general joinery works
• Using the simPRO job management system
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
