NY Highways Property is seeking a skilled Joiner for a permanent, full-time role in Northallerton with county-wide travel. The position focuses on property maintenance and construction across diverse buildings, from 1st fix to final finishes.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Salary: From £36,236 (£34,796 + £1,440 market supplement) per year* + opportunities for overtime
This role is within NYH Property, which operates independently from the highways maintenance side of NY Highways. While NYHProperty is part of the wider NY Highways group, this position focuses solely on property maintenance and construction across a range of private, public and commercial buildings not highways or road infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. *In addition to yourannual basic salary, you will also receive an additional temporary payment of amarket supplement. This will be payable monthly in arrears.Please note thesupplement is a temporary, additional payment and will be shown separately onyour payslip and is subject to annual review.

Please note: This role will be working in regulated activity and exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. It will then require an Enhanced DBS check with Children's Barred List and enhanced vetting, as part of our commitment to safeguarding.
