We are currently looking for dedicated Joiners to join our Housing Standards Construction Team. This team is focused on maintenance, major improvements and new builds across the county, ensuring that our housing stock remains in excellent condition.
Our team is responsible for maintaining, adapting and new construction of properties for the Council’s social housing portfolio. We ensure these homes meet current statutory, regulatory, and legislative standards, providing safe and high-quality living conditions for tenants.
As a Joiner within our Housing Standards Construction team, your core responsibility will be to carry out major improvements, adaptations and work on new builds. The majority of the properties you will work on will be untenanted.
You will be provided with a vehicle and will be responsible for performing daily safety checks and ensuring compliance with vehicle maintenance requirements.
