Job summary

NHS Ayrshire and Arran, based at University Hospital Crosshouse, invites applications for a Job Evaluation Administrator. This permanent, full-time role supports the Job Evaluation team with admin duties across panel meetings, data entry and policy-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 Business and Administration or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload with limited supervision.
• Experience in planning and organising with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Job Evaluation team and arrange meetings for panels.
• Carry out data entry in the Job Evaluation system.
• Liaise with staff and managers regarding progress.
