NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking two Promoting Attendance Assistants based at Lister Street, University Hospital Crosshouse for a 12-month fixed-term contract. 36 hours per week, flexible to meet service delivery. Job share considered.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Knowledge of NHS Scotland Workforce Attendance Management Policy and its application.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent numeracy skills.
• IT, Internet and keyboard skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of databases and HR information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and confidential absence management support to line managers and staff across the organisation.
• Audit processes, data gathering and analysis and supporting line managers to undertake formal meetings.
• Collaborate with managers, staff side and occupational health to improve attendance at work.
