Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in job evaluation or HR support.
• Knowledge of Hay or NJC job evaluation schemes.
• HR qualification or working towards MCIPD or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and supporting information to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare clear evaluation rationales that support fair pay and grading decisions.
• Support panels and appeals with analytical insights.
• Provide advice to managers, HR colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ensure that job evaluations align with established schemes like Hay or NJC.

Education

MCIPD or equivalent qualification in progress
