Job summary

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to lead and evaluate roles for a large council in a brand new permanent role. The position offers flexible working with Mostly Remote duties and occasional on-site meetings. You will apply GLPC job evaluation methods, advise managers on grading outcomes, maintain evaluation frameworks, and use workforce data to inform pay decisions. This is a key strategic role based in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Extensive GLPC job evaluation experience.
• Experience handling complex or disputed evaluations.
• Willingness to travel to Bristol for occasional on-site meetings.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to focus on all job evaluations for a large council in this brand new role!

• Lead and support job evaluation activity, ensuring roles are assessed fairly and consistently
• Advise managers on role design, grading outcomes and job evaluation processes
• Support the maintenance and development of job evaluation frameworks and documentation
• Use role and workforce data to inform pay, grading and organisational decisions.

About you:
It is essential that you have a lot of experience in carrying out GLPC job evaluations (not just administering the process) and if you also have experience with complex or disputed evaluations that would be a great advantage.
The great thing with this work is that it can all be carried out remotely from home with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 in face meetings a year on site in Bristol.
