To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in job evaluation or HR support.
• Knowledge of job evaluation schemes, particularly Hay or NJC.
• Relevant HR qualifications or be working towards MCIPD or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
