Job summary

Norfolk County Council's Connect to Work programme is expanding its Local Supported Employment Team. You will work directly with participants to support their journey into employment, using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model to provide tailored coaching and in-work support.

This fixed term role offers hybrid working, a supportive environment, and benefits including generous holiday entitlement and the Local Government Pension Scheme. For informal discussion contact Ed Young.

Norfolk County Council is proud to be delivering the new Connect to Work initiative in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions, supporting people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, care leavers and ex-offenders into meaningful, sustained employment.

We’re expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality, person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).

You’ll work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model, you’ll provide tailored coaching, advocacy and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
