Tateossian London is hiring a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant for the Conduit Street Boutique in London. You will provide exceptional customer service, help customers find the perfect product, and keep the store pristine.

This on-site role requires a background in luxury jewelry, gemmology, or leather goods. You will meet sales targets, support client relationships, and act as a brand ambassador while collaborating with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury jewelry, gemmology, or leather goods is required.
• Excellent customer service with fluent English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in luxury retail is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service to increase return business.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Work across stores in London if required.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and database.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge about Tateossian products.
• Act as a brand ambassador and build relationships.
• Coordinate with Head Office departments.
• Merchandise store displays and provide feedback to Design Team.
• Maintain stock and store appearance to maximise sales.
• Continue to develop product knowledge.
