You will build relationships with discerning clients, drive sales through cross-selling and deliver impeccable service while maintaining brand standards and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury jewellery or premium retail is essential.

The Role

As a Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional and highly personalised customer experience, offering expert product knowledge and supporting customers in selecting fine jewellery and luxury pieces. You will represent a prestigious brand while maintaining the highest standards of service, discretion and attention to detail.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and personalised shopping experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual preferences, occasions and purchasing requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on jewellery collections, materials, gemstones, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery for personal purchases, gifting, special occasions and milestone celebrations.
• Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, cross-selling and clienteling.
• Present jewellery carefully and professionally, ensuring each piece is handled in accordance with brand procedures.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across display cabinets, showcases and the wider sales environment.
• Support stock management, including replenishment, stock checks and the secure handling of high-value pieces.
• Follow strict procedures for jewellery security, loss prevention and the handling of valuable merchandise.
• Assist with customer appointments, gift wrapping, packaging and other bespoke in-store services.
• Develop strong knowledge of the brand's collections, design details, craftsmanship and product care.
• Maintain discretion when working with VIP clients and handling high-value transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and store-wide commercial targets.
• Represent prestigious jewellery brands with confidence, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

About You

• Previous experience within luxury jewellery, fine jewellery or premium retail is essential.
• Experience selling high-value products and delivering a personalised customer experience is highly desirable.
• A genuine interest in jewellery, design, craftsmanship and luxury brands.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to communicate product features and quality confidently.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute towards sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a discreet and professional approach.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of security when handling valuable items.
• Confident, polished and approachable, with the ability to engage a discerning clientele.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working as part of a high-performing retail team.
• Flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
• London-based or able to travel easily across London.
