YTL UK is seeking an Operator to join the Jetvac Tanker team in Avonmouth. The role involves outdoor field work, operating jetvac equipment, and maintaining sewer networks, with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and opportunities for overtime and standby payments.

The candidate should hold an LGV category C licence and be an experienced jetter, ideally with WJA certification. Previous highway or sewer inspection experience is a bonus, and a practical, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Please note, holding an LGV category C licence is essential. You should also be an experienced jetter, preferably with WJA certification.

This role follows a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern working days, with the opportunity to increase your earnings with overtime and standby payments.

What you'll do

Joining a friendly, supportive team, you'll help to look after our network of sewers and treatment works, ensuring the highest standards for our customers.

This role involves operating and maintaining jetvac equipment, as well as completing routine and reactive maintenance.

You will be required to communicate incidents, abnormalities, and customer and operational needs and changes.

What you'll need

Holding an LGV category C licence is essential. You should also be an experienced jetter, preferably with WJA certification.

If you have experience working on highways or carrying out sewer inspections, it would be highly beneficial but is not essential.

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors and is practical, driven and good at problem-solving.
