Job summary

Third Bridge Group is seeking a Client Services Associate in London to drive high-impact conversations with industry experts. You will develop commercial awareness and business acumen, supporting clients with rapid access to insights across sectors.

You’ll be evaluated on speed, communication, and the ability to build rapport while managing multiple projects and pursuing internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Japanese language fluency (written and oral) at least N1/C1.
• Intellectual strength, ambition, leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Grit demonstrated through internships, work experience, or other achievements.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Work at speed, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn quickly, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
