Job summary

Third Bridge Group in London is seeking an ambitious Associate to join a fast-paced client services team. You will find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver insights and schedule client discussions, spending much of your day on the phone.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and cross-sell Third Bridge services. This role offers rapid progression, performance bonuses, and global client exposure with one month of work-from-anywhere per year.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in German (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• Intellectually strong, ambitious, with leadership or extracurricular experience; grit shown via internships or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Find, call and engage industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end-to-end, understand client needs and schedule high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and obtaining buy-in.
• Learn quickly to gain broad knowledge of markets, business models and regulations.
