Job summary

Third Bridge is seeking a commercially minded Client Services Associate in London to drive conversations with industry experts and deliver client insights. You’ll be on the heart of our business, finding, calling and engaging experts to support investor decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include owning projects end-to-end, understanding client needs, and overcoming objections to secure expert time. You’ll gain rapid commercial exposure and growth through a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You’re intellectually strong and ambitious, with leadership or extracurricular experience and grit from internships or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver client insights under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Work quickly across multiple projects and clients while learning about markets and regulations.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory and 1-1 calls.
