Third Bridge Group is seeking a Client Services Associate in London. You will be at the heart of our business, finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often under tight deadlines.

You will own projects end-to-end, learn quickly, and cross-sell our broad range of services to clients. The role offers a strong career launchpad with rapid progression and an attractive first-year package built around a £40k base salary plus an uncapped performance

Qualifications

• Japanese fluency (written and oral) at N1/C1 level or higher.
• Ambitious with leadership or extracurricular experience, and grit shown through internships or work.

Responsibilities

• Find, call and engage industry experts to deliver client insights.
• Own projects end-to-end and tailor to client needs.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
• Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
