You'll own projects end-to-end, make proactive calls, and balance multiple priorities while learning markets, models, and regulations. Clear progression to leadership is available within two years.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ambitious and adaptable with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
