Job summary

Resonant is seeking a hands-on IV Infusion Therapy SME and Medical Device Technical Service Engineer to support global clinical trials from our Chorley workshop. This temporary role covers installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of IV infusion pumps and related medical devices in a regulated life sciences environment.

You will work with QA, Logistics and Customer Service teams, ensuring traceable documentation, audit readiness and adherence to GxP standards, IEC 60601 and ISO quality

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on service, maintenance, calibration and repair of IV infusion pumps.
• Experience with IEC 60601 and ISO safety standards.
• Proven documentation accuracy for audits and regulatory records.
• Ability to work in regulated environments (GCP/GMP).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for IV infusion systems and medical devices.
• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance and repair.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain calibration certificates and audit-ready records.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
