Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd seeks an ITSM Solution Architect to lead architectural decisions across client programmes, ensuring alignment with the target architecture, GDS standards and long-term technology strategy.

You will establish guardrails, advise on integration coherence across 800+ client products, and ensure options presented to the Operational Board are strategically viable, secure and sustainable.

Qualifications

• TOGAF 9 or equivalent architectural framework experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM tooling (ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Experience designing enterprise architectures for UK central government.
• Understanding of GDS standards and cloud security principles (NCSC 14).

Responsibilities

• Provide ITSM level architectural leadership across the client programme.
• Establish architectural guardrails and alignment to target architecture.
• Advise on integration coherence across 800+ client products.
• Ensure solution options presented to the Operational Board are viable, secure and sustainable.
