Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Architect with an active DV clearance to lead service design, transition and operational readiness. You will own high-level design collateral, such as HLDs and BPMN models, and ensure compliance with key processes across complex technology environments.

The role requires strong ITIL/ISO20000 knowledge, experience in SIAM operating models, and the ability to influence solution design while managing stakeholders and delivery

Qualifications

• Strong experience in service architecture and service management within complex technology environments.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000 Service Management frameworks.
• Detailed understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tooling and enterprise management tooling.
• Strong knowledge of service management concepts, techniques and lifecycle principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and author service design collateral, including HLDs, BPMN models, processes and compliance statements.
• Review service design documentation produced by peers to maintain quality standards.
• Undertake service management impact assessments across designs.
