Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' B2B sales experience.
• Proven ITSM solution sales track record.
• Strong negotiation, communication and commercial skills.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
• Knowledge of ITIL or SIAM frameworks.
• Degree educated or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through outbound prospecting and campaigns.
• Identify decision-makers across IT, Operations, and Service Management.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Develop and expand existing customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor on ITSM improvement.
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Forecast against sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Leverage market insights to strengthen value proposition.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
