Job summary

SCC is recruiting an Enterprise Service Management Sales Specialist to drive growth of the ServiceNow and digital workflow proposition. You will identify opportunities, build pipeline and engage senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sectors.

Based in London with hybrid working, the role reports to the Talent Acquisition team; 2-stage interview; permanent contract; competitive salary and wide benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling Enterprise Service Management or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its ITSM/ITOM/CSM workflows.
• Track record building pipeline and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and delivering value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Enterprise Service Management sales plans across new and existing customers.
• Build qualified pipeline and deliver against revenue and gross margin targets.
• Engage CIO, IT and business stakeholders to shape value-led solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations, workshops, business cases and executive presentations.
• Act as ServiceNow SME, identifying opportunities across key workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Architects and ServiceNow teams to close opportunities.
